Latisha Beringer

Latisha Beringer is VP, Human Resources at Xima Software, where she leads people strategy, HR operations, and organizational transformation for the high-growth cloud software company. She partners closely with executive leadership to align talent strategy with business growth, operational scale, and global compliance.

Latisha’s career began at age 17 when she enlisted in the Australian Army, serving seven years in an Infantry Battalion as the only female in her unit. That experience forged the resilience, discipline, and execution-focused leadership style that has defined her career across military, enterprise, private equity, and technology environments.

While serving, Latisha studied Business and was recruited by ManpowerGroup, where she spent more than 13 years developing deep expertise in workforce strategy, HR operations, and large-scale talent programs. She supported Defence Force Recruiting, the world’s largest RPO program at the time, and by age 27 became the youngest Area Manager nationally—leading one of only 16 centers across Australia. During this period, she worked closely with senior executives and national leaders, gaining early exposure to enterprise-level decision-making and organizational transformation.

Following her tenure at ManpowerGroup, Latisha joined Accelo, where she played a key role in guiding the company through a successful acquisition by Bow River Capital. This transition marked her move into private equity–backed SaaS environments, where she led HR initiatives focused on scalability, compliance, and change management.

Now based in the United States, Latisha brings technology industry experience and extensive private equity exposure to her role at Xima Software. Her responsibilities span HR leadership, organizational design, building resilient teams, and driving transformation with integrity and purpose. She is known for her ability to move quickly, lead through complexity, and balance people-first leadership with business performance.
