10DLC Requirements for Internal Testing and Demonstrations

Overview This page is designed to outline the requirements and guidelines for participating in SMS communications testing and demonstrations. By completing the form below, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described herein.

10DLC Compliance Requirements To ensure compliance with 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) regulations, all SMS communications must adhere to the following guidelines:

    • Messages may be sent by yourself or a fellow team member.
    • You must provide explicit consent to receive these messages, understanding that they are for internal testing and demonstration only.
  2. Opt-Out Option:
    • Recipients must be able to opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying “STOP.” This will immediately unsubscribe them from further communications.
  3. Permitted Use: SMS messaging under this program is strictly for:
    • Testing new development builds of our software.
    • Demonstrating SMS communication features to clients or stakeholders.
