SVP Of Industry Solutions. Jon has been with Xima Software for the past 14 years and has spent his 20-year career in the telecom space. Prior to XIma Software, he served as a Sales Engineer designing different telecom and contact center solutions for various platforms. He received his Undergraduate Degree from the University of Utah in 2008 and then went on and received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in 2014.
Zack Tolpen | SVP of Sales
Zack has been with Xima Software since November 2023. Prior to joining Xima, Zack has a decade of experience in both HR Tech and Cyber Security – scaling Go To Market functions and sales teams across various organizations. He has worked closely with IT, Security and Operational departments to implement technology and strategies to improve operational efficiency. He received his Undergraduate Degree from The University of Colorado with an Economics and Business degree.
