Service Status

An active incident is taking place with RingCentral/Avaya Cloud Office. This is affecting Xima CCaaS customers. Xima’s non-RingCentral/Avaya Cloud Office customers are not impacted.

June 1, 2023: 10:54 Mountain Standard Time RingCentral/Avaya Cloud Office issue appears to be in recovery. The RingCentral status page shows the incident has moved from “Investigating” to “Informational”. Calling status shows as “No Issues” and that “Actions Taken to Correct Incident”. However, it is still noted that “a portion of customers may be experiencing intermittent issues logging into Service Web.”. Xima is continuing to monitor the situation but we have seen evidence of recovery.

There have been widespread reports of RingCentral/Avaya Cloud Office outages this morning, June first, starting at approximately 7:00AM Eastern Time.
